I purchased MakeMKV back in 2020 and I just brought a new laptop and need my license key again. Is there anyway I can get my license key back and reactivate the app again

Your original purchase was fulfilled via email. If you still have the same email you were using in 2020, I would guess that searching 'MakeMKV' in your email would find those original purchase emails.
