Riddick (Shout! US release)

Anyone else having issues backing up Riddick (Shout! US release). It decrypts but fails to save any files and then my drive appears to be empty so I have to eject and re-insert for the disc to be recognised. Tried to create a backup and it says
005079:0080 Backup done but 4 files failed hash check
005082:0404 Backup done but 4 files failed hash check.

Backup only contains 8GB of files.

Clean the disc and try again.
