Missing commentary audio tracks

For playlist 00000.mpls of DISC 1 of https://www.arrowvideo.com/running-out- ... 64291.html, the two commentary audio tracks are missing. MKVToolNix, eac3to, and BDEdit can show these tracks correctly.
