Hi guy's. I ended up of buying this. BU40N Ultra Slim 9.5mm UHD 4K Blu-ray from Amazon. Would this work better? Is these one of them that is that is libredrive compatible to play UHD and ripped?

This drive has too new firmware and can't be flashed.

No, nothing can be done with the Pioneer as the firmware is post 11/2022.

The BU40N can be flashed to BU40N 1.03-MK.
