Harry Potter - Deathly Hallows Pt 1

Hi,

I'm getting a "Failed to Read Disc" error when trying to extract Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Pt 1 Blu-ray. It doesn't say more than that (unless there is a log I can look at somewhere?)

I actually got it to work...popped the Bluray out, retried and it worked...
