You need to show the Makemkv info. Generally speaking: Yes.

Just bought a Used Set of this BDR-XD05 in Piano Gloss Red, as my Verbatim 43888 with a Pioneer UD04 died on me.
Hopefully i can have it Liberated to be UHD spec's too.

Above is the webpage to download the "Drive Utility" for settings once you have "Flashed" your XD05 to a XD06.

Just got a cheap BDR-XD05s, is it flashable to be used with UHD disks as well. Normal BD work fine right now.
