The Unit Key is on keydb.cfg, but not the volume key required by MakeMKV. I was still ultimately able to rip the disc with MakeMKV after loading the latest keydb while running Xreveal.

If it helps, I sent this AACS dump file for Se7en Gruv Steelbokk UHD in a public Dropbox folder to svq@makemkv.com:

Thanks, using Xreveal worked!

The volume key for 25F8 is in KeyDB now, and possibly other versions as well.

Sorry for the noob question but if the volume key is now in KeyDB and I have “enable internet access” checked on my MakeMKV, do you guys know why i still can’t decode/rip my Se7en UHD?

Because those two things are not the same. They KeyDB is a public database of keys not associated with MakeMKV. MakeMKV, however, can use it if it's extracted to the proper folder. MakeMKV maintains its own private key database commonly called the hashed keys that the enable internet access checkbox allows it to update. It sounds like the key is in the KeyDB public database however has not yet been added to the MakeMKV internal hashed keys yet. If you want to decrypt this title now, you can download the KeyDB zip file and extract it to the folder where MakeMKV puts the TGZ dump files, commonly c:\users\<usernamehere>\.MakeMKV on windows.

Welp. Looks Like I spoke too soon. Followed the suggestion of downloading the KeyDB zip file and extracting it to the folder where MakeMKV puts the TGZ dump file.

And then I try to rip the UHD dis and this error message for all 32 titles...

"Error 'Scsi error - ILLEGAL REQUEST:INVALID FIELD IN CDB' occurred while reading '/BDMV/STREAM/00070.m2ts' at offset '0'
Failed to save title XX to file /Users/exxxxxxx/Movies/Se7en/Se7en (1995)_t31.mkv
0 titles saved, 32 failed"

Then I tried to back it up and got this error message...

"Using LibreDrive mode (v06.3 id=E064BA3E3F81)
Backing up disc into folder "/Users/exxxxxxx/Movies/backup/SEVEN"
Downloading latest HK to /Users/exxxxxxx/Movies ...
Automatic HK downloading is disabled or failed.
Loaded content hash table, will verify integrity of M2TS files.
Error 'Scsi error - ILLEGAL REQUEST:INVALID FIELD IN CDB' occurred while reading '/BDMV/STREAM/00079.m2ts' at offset '16668819456'
Failed to save title /BDMV/STREAM/00079.m2ts to file /Users/exxxxxxx/Movies/backup/SEVEN/BDMV/STREAM/00079.m2ts

It's a read error. Clean the disc and/or try a different drive.

Quick question - I see the full 4K feature as an "800" file, and another as an "801" file. Are they both good? One real one fake? The 800 file is 73.66GB and the 810 file is 73.48GB.
