I've submitted the dump a little over a week ago, but still can't rip it.
Internet access is enabled and I don't see any error/warning in the log regarding to the download of the keyfile.

Do I just need to wait longer, or is the problem somewhere on my end?

You probably just need to wait longer, especially if you have successfully ripped other UHDs.

That thread says the public keydb has a key that'll work for your variant of John Wick 4.
