Error 'OS error - Access is denied' occurred while creating

I reinstalled from Windows 10 to a new fresh windows 11 install.
I have two hard drives on my computer, C and D. Both are SSDs.
While I can write to C, which is only 1 TB, I get the "Error 'OS error - Access is denied' occurred while creating " on the larger D drive which is what I use.
I have no write restrictions on this drive, and MakeMKV is the only program that will not write to it.

Anyone have any suggestions? This is a brand new Windows 11 install, and a brand new MakeMKV install.
