Atmos and DD Surround 5.1 sub-track

Atmos and DD Surround 5.1 sub-track
Is it okay to uncheck the DD 5.1 track that's indented under the Dolby Atmos track? The Dolby Atmos track quality would not be affected, correct? Thanks!
