Errors Ripping Flintstones Diamond Collection DVDs

This collection has 20 DVDs. Got through the first 10 DVDs just fine. Began failing with Disc 11 which is Season 3 Disc 4. The last two episodes failed. Same with Season 4, Disc 1. I have cleaned the DVDs and tried ripping with a Mac and a Windows PC. One has aLG drive and the other has an ASUS drive. I have attached the log to see if anyone can offer any suggestions. Thanks.
