Desync problem with "The Boy and the Heron" 4K blue ray

I bought italian version of "The Boy and the Heron" 4K Blue ray, when i RIP the disc with Makemkv 1.17.8 and there are those errors in output logs:

AV synchronization issues were found in file 'D://Il_ragazzo_e_l_airone_t00.mkv' (title #1)

AV sync issue in stream 6 at 0:00:00 : Forced subtitles track #6 turned out to be empty and was removed from output file

AV synchronization issues were found in file 'D://Il_ragazzo_e_l_airone_t01.mkv' (title #2)

AV sync issue in stream 6 at 0:00:00 : Forced subtitles track #6 turned out to be empty and was removed from output file

The audio and video plays fine. But the movie is 1 minute longer than the original duration, so there’s this extra minute at the end where nothing plays. I've tried several times, but the result is always the same.

Sync errors are common on things like forced subtitle tracks (rarely found). They're taken out when empty.
