Hello, I'm interested on flashing my BDR-XD07 so it can read UHD discs. Would that be possible?

Long time lurker, FIirst time posting. Bought a flashed drive from someone on the forum probably six years ago or more. I also own this drive and would like to make it available for use too. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
