South Park Twelfth Season - Disc 1

When MakeMKV (1.6.15) scans South Park Twelfth Season - Disc 1 (SOUTHPARK12_DISC1), it only shows one of the episodes on the disc (00014.m2ts). No errors are reported during the read, and that one episode does extract correctly. Other files are seen, but they are only chapters of the remaining episodes. Discs 2 and 3 work correctly. If I load the disc in DVDFab 8.1.1.2, it correctly finds all five episodes (titles 0,4,5,6,7). A debug log is attached.
