Serenity Blu Ray Error

Hi

I'm having problems ripping my Serenity Blu Ray for use on my Apple TV. I've had a look around the forums and a few people seem to also have problems but others say they've ripped it fine. Perhaps different releases produce different results (if there are multiple releases?).

None of the posts have reported the same error as me so I'm trying to figure out if this could be a faulty disc or a legitimate error. I'd appreciate people who know better taking a look. Here's an extract of the debug log when the problem occurs.

I've also tried Pavtube with no success. I'm running OS X Lion on my MacBook Air using an external drive so my options are limited and I have no way of testing if the disc plays on a normal player.

This is a physical error, probably disc is scratched.
