Newbie Needs Some Help

HI all, I have just started using MakeMKV and its a great bit of kit, I have coverted DVD and ISO files with no problems.

I have many Bluray files which are BDMV files, now most of these work fine and convert to .MKV with no issues, however, a few of the BDMV file wont work. I start the prog and it scans the files and says its ready to go, I then start the process, the counter begines going down very fast then all it say is

Most of the BDMV file sit has no problems with but some it just wont have any ideas guys n gals?

Bad rip.

Re-rip your original, purchased Blu-ray disc...

These arnt rips from me they are downloaded files, however, they play fine.
