So I just tried to open makeMKV and got a message basically saying "this is an old version, download a new version or enter your License key to continue." I proceeded to download and install the new version and then I'm asked to enter my license key to use it.
Welp, if you're dumb like me and don't keep these license keys written down and saved, you get to give makemkv another $60 to continue using it. Is this really my only option? I gladly paid for my copy but I'm a little bummed that I have to pay it again. Why was I forced to do this? Why couldn't I just continue to use the software I bought and paid for?
Not saying that I don't deserve this and should have learned my lesson before...but times are tough and I don't really have another $60 to burn.

Do you have something in your drive? There is a known issue with trying to install a new key with something in the drive already.
