Hi!
I am on Sequoia 15.0 on M1 iMac. I downloaded 17.7 code today and tried the beta key. It seems to accept the key and asked me to restart the program, but it sticks in a loop. It launches with the "application too old" popup message. Pressing register gives a Fatal warning popup. Pressing OK brings up the licensing popup with garbage in the key field and invalid in the type field. If I clear the clear the garbage out and enter the Beta key and press purchase it asks me to restart. And so on. Somewhere I may have a step wrong, but the key is supposed to be until October 2024 and we're still just in September. Any clues as what I have done wrong?
Can't get Makemkv to run
Re: Can't get Makemkv to run
Do you have a disk in your drive while trying this? Your drive must be empty for the key to register, then you have to restart MakeMKV to make sure it was read.

Sorry for the late reply!
That was my issue. I did have a DVD in the drive.
Thank you so much for the answer.
Cheers!
