Blu ray rip with forced subtitles

I have the MakeMKV program installed. When ripping the original blu ray and selecting forced subtitles from the blu ray, the resulting mkv does not contain forced subtitles. Can you advise me why they are not there? I use MakeMKV beta. Thanks for the answers.

"Forced subtitles" will separate out any subtitles in that particular stream that have the forced flag set. The usual configuration on MOST BDs (I can only think of 2 or 3 exceptions) is that subtitles that WOULD be marked as forced are a separate track... which has no flags in it.

So, yes, MakeMKV routinely deletes the empty forced track it was creating.
