BP60NB10 Flasher tool will not start
BP60NB10 Flasher tool will not start
HI all, I purchased a BP60NBB10, put a 4K disc in, worked. Took the disc out and tried to downgrade the firmware. Drive shown below. I researched, watched videos, read the ultimate downgrade guide; something must be missing.
Based on the video I selected the firmware and when I hit start, the progress bar came up and never moved off 0%. Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong? Any help would be appreciated. Nothing happened to the drive, it still works. Thank you.

follow the guide below the thing your trying to do is outdated

Thank you. I was able to update. I figured out that I just needed to remove the encryption so no need to recover. Thank you again.
