Title #1 (1:42:18) was skipped due to navigation error

I have two DVD's, "Cars 3" and "Wonderland" that when MakeMKV doesn't show the primary movie to be ripped. Reading the logs for Cars I see:

Title #1 (1:42:18) was skipped due to navigation error

Does that mean its scratched or something? Or its it the format of the DVD? Is there a work around this issue?

I am getting several of these as well all on new DVD discs.

MakeMKV has different DVD opening modes. Do any of them make a difference?
