Do you also see "Automatic HK downloading is disabled or failed" in your log?

If so, the Fixing Volume Key is Unknown thread might help.

I was going to see if the error popped up for me today, but low and behold... the disc opened!!!! Thank you for the link though as I have it booked marked now for future reference.
