BD-RW BDR-UD04 Error Messages

Hi there,
I ordered a new UHD Drive yesterday on Amazon to rip 4K movies for private use.
Unfortunately I get Error Messages left and right, and I searched 30 minutes for an answer with no avail, maybe I am also just blind?
Anyhow, that is my new drive, straight out of the box:

The offset number is the only variable that changes constantly.
If the drive is no good, I'll return it ASAP.

At some point during reading a disc, the drive is not getting enough power. Don't use a USB hub unless it has it's own power supply (30w or greater). If using a desktop PC, use the USB ports on back of motherboard. Even better is to use USB-C if you are able to.
