Despicable Me Blu-Ray PROBLEM!

MakeMKV becomes non-responding every time I try to open my DESPICABLE ME Blu-Ray to rip it. I even tried ripping it with AnyDVD HD and then opening it with MakeMKV and it's still not working. I don't have AnyDVD HD running in the background, but MakeMKV still gives me the warning. I have attached a log file and hope someone will be able to help me out with this one...

The log file shows that disc was opened successfully. Did you get to title selection screen?

Thanks for the reply. No, it doesn't even get to that point. While opening the disc, my laptop's fan starts getting really loud and then when I click on the MakeMKV window it says (non-responding) next to MakeMKV.

Silly question, but try to let it work for 30 minutes or so - it might get through producing a quite big log file.

Hi,

I can confirm the problem. MakeMKV hangs and doesn't return. I try to let it run for 1 hour but it didn't produce any errors in the log file. MakeMKV can retrieve the info from the disc (see attached log), but cannot create a backup. It copies about 27 MB of files and then doesn't do anything anymore. The cpu load is around 3-5 %.
