MakeMKV v1.6.14 darwin(x86-release) started

Even though it is saying that the regions don't match, I have verified that both are in fact the same region. It also fails on my computer's internal drive with the same error.
EDIT: One other note, every other disc in the box set worked without issue.

Please do a test dump for the title that fails per http://www.makemkv.com/onlinehelp/testdump.html .
