Previously working - now nothing!

Post by makeamkv »

Hi,

I have been using MKV for a number of weeks now, with no problems. All Blu Rays have ripped just fine, but today I cannot get any blu ray disks to rip mkv files - and i have even tried BR disks that I have successfully ripped in the past! (The hangover, the crazies, true grit...the list goes on and on).

Can anyone tell me why this may be happening? The program has an expired reg key, but the prompt tells me I can continue to use the program for a few days....

The message I receive is "The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted"

And the protection is "AACS v17" - I am using makemkv v1.6.14

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program, but to no avail!

Any help greatly appreciated!

Just download and install the current registration key...

I am having the same problem
It hits @ around 75 %, then fails.
I had no problems before updating to the newest version? I think that may be the problem?
Anyone else experiencing this>

Re-read the posts by "makeamkv". Your problem is NOT, in any way, the same...

OK, well it seems we are both having troubles with the new version, was my point.
I suppose the new version is working great for everyone else?
