Right now, we know "it doesn't work". Maybe if we had additional information, like the errors encountered, we could comment.

Just got this disk, and I'm also having issues ripping it. When I put the disk in the drive, it takes a long time to register. Then when I try to index the drive, it lists several errors and often fails. The drive also is making some strange clicking sounds during this time. Sometimes it does successfully list the tracks, but after it shows the list my drive starts to spin very quickly and then briefly after reports as having "no disk". Here is the log from the moment I insert the disc through it indexing the disk:

Operation successfully completed
From what I have seen, these errors are related to the drive being unable to read certain segments on the disk. This disk came straight out of a new box, but there are now some very slight surface blemishes (I'm guessing from the aggressive movements in the drive). The drive is still reading other 4k blu-rays fine. I have cleaned the disk, but maybe I need to try again more thoroughly. Let me know if there is anything else I should try.

I am having the same issue. I tried using the backup feature, then ripping to MKV, same result. Also tried creating ISO and backup files with other software, same result. I can't seem to figure this one out. Any other tips would be appreciated.
