Hi,
I am new to ripping discs, I have a UHD collection (about 100 discs).
I live in India and the only disc I can find is ASUS BW-16D1HT. So will it be a good choice for ripping purposes (I have read through the guide abt flashing the drive with older firmware.)
So please do leave a suggestion if the drive worth puchasing.
And I am open for any drive supplier if they could ship it to India.
Need help on UHD drives.

Re: Need help on UHD drives.
It may be ok. I stopped selling those (and the LG 5.25" internal drives) as I was getting quite a lot of faulty units toward the end. The LG external slim drives aren't too bad. I now only sell Pioneer internal drives as these are far superior to any other and the LG/Archgon external drives.Nashim564 wrote: ↑Thu Jul 18, 2024 9:08 amHi,
