MakeMKV was not able to decrypt the Kino Lorber 4K release of Mad Max (1979) for me. I sent an email with the dump file to svq@makemkv.com.
The 1080p Blu-ray did work fine.
Dump file for me was MKB20_v76_Mad_Max_534F.tgz

Hopefully that was just a typo in your post but it's SVQ not SQV in the email address.

I had a feeling but just wanted to make sure. Didn't want you to be like "hey why isn't this title supported" weeks from now.

Just updating that this disc finally opened for me and I was able to start a rip. Thank you
