Latest makemkv v 1.17.7 missing scenes from dvd tv series

I was rolling along making mkv files for a tv series and it looked like it was identifying the episodes, but when i spot checked some episodes there were some scenes cut out; the disk playback had the full version so not sure why it cut? The full run time of the episode matches (length 42:04 ), but on playback the time stamps didn't match up to scenes. i was hoping maybe there was a fix, or workaround to get it to rip correctly.

this post actually helped me figure out that the titles wee ripping out of sequence and i was able to locate missing scenes...it wa cut between 2 episodes that were, yep, out of sequence. this disk happened to run the titles in the opposite order ie epsisode 1 on the dvd corresponded to the last title ripped (title 10), episode 2 was (title 9) and so on...

i was able to use VLC with the playlist menu to pull up the video_TS.IFO file and compare the titles to the ripped ones. Then renamed accordingly
