disc ripping issue

Hi, I'm new to using Make MKV, so please forgive my ignorance.....
I'm ripping UHD and 3D Blu Rays and when I look at how it's saved it's in the following folders:

AACS, BDMV, Certificate and discatt.dat.

Unfortunately, my Zidoo UHD3000 won't play the movie. Can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong?

if the file discatt.dat was created, then you have not checked to decrypt the disc while ripping.

There is a checkbox for that when saving the backup of the disc.
