[FEATURE REQUEST] Add option to always create directory

Every single time I do a rip, since I use the semi-auto directory creation, the directory doesn't exist and MakeMKV asks if I want to create it. It would be nice to be able to skip this extra step by having an option to just always create it.

At a guess, I'm going to say Mike wouldn't do it. Creating a new directory has become a "serious thing" nowadays.
