Good morning,
I followed this tutorial to have the menus in VLC of my blu-rays.
The problem is that it doesn't work. Indeed, when in my case Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone UDH is launched, the menus are black and not visible.
However, with the arrow on the keyboard I can select them and enter them at random.
But I don't have the text of the video.
Someone would have any idea ?
I am on Windows 11 Pro up to date and Java 64 Bits up to date too. For your information, I don't see Java at the bottom in the clock bar. I do not know if it's normal.
Thank you for your help.

Re: Problem JAVA VLC
Your not the first to say this saw another guy say same thing.
I'm guessing a java update or VLC update broke menu transparency or something.
Best to report this to VLC

Re: Problem JAVA VLC
OK, thank you. Otherwise, isn't there another player that can read blu-rays and have menus?
Preferably free?

Re: Problem JAVA VLC
Hi,
Thanks for JRiver I didn't know.
However, we insert the UHD blu-ray, it takes a lot of time to load, is this normal?
Also, the film starts directly, I don't come across the menus. I have to right click to choose the menu afterwards. Is there a way to directly launch the menu when launching the blu-ray?
THANKS
