I also have the same issue with decrypting Madame Web UHD 4k Steelcase. "The Volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted. I see the key listed How do I apple the key?

I was able to get this one extracting after putting the most recent keydb.cfg file into the dump folder.

My apologies for the noise. It has been a while since I last used MakeMKV and I hadn't noticed that it reported being unable to download the HK file.

As GasmaskAvenger has found, the latest keydb.cfg file solves this problem.
