Old ccextractor version

So I noticed that the makemkv Linux tarballs include an old version of ccextractor, 0.88, while the newest version is 0.94(which itself is 3 years old). The compiled binary also says it's optimized for extracting from dvds. Has anyone tested with v0.94? Has anyone experienced issues not experienced with 0.88? If Mike has any input here as well it would be greatly appreciated.

I'm using ccextractor 0.94 on Arch linux. Like MakeMKV itself, it comes from the AUR user-supported repository.

I don't think ccextractor is packaged with MakeMKV here.
