Error attempting to flash Archgon drive

Hello,

Please see attached images of the error I get when trying to flash a new Archgon external drive, I have tried on another computer and get the same message.
Please help.

Firmware date on this "new" drive is 4 years old, so try it with encryption turned OFF (not checked).

What your doing should work make sure no disc is in the drive.

Also try it through command line and see what the error is there

Many thanks for the help, I had a disc in the drive. Flash worked first time once the disc removed.
