This is the first time I've received that error and MakeMKV still ended up completing the rip. The disk has no scratches or smudges that I can see and when I view the MKV everything seems to be working fine, but I don't have time to watch the whole thing now to make sure it's error free.
My question is, as long as it completes, should the file be good, despite the error during the rip?

I'm afraid that's the only way you can be certain...I don't have time to watch the whole thing now to make sure it's error free.

I watched it last night and saw no problems at all despite the error.
