file won't save

I have been trying to copy Night of the Museum 2 and at the end of the process I get this message:

This is a disc mastering error or a new protection. Please submit the full debug log as written by MakeMKV to support@makemkv.com - it should have additional information that is needed for workaround.

I just wanted to mention that in light of the fact that this sequel was released on DVD on December 01, 2009, I doubt that the problem is a new protection...
