Constant read errors Mockingjay Pt 1 (4 disk collection)

Hey folks,
I got the 4 disk steelbook of the Hunger Games, and I've successfully ripped every UHD disk in it except mockingjay pt 1, despite cleaning it I continue to get read errors, while the drive read and backed up every other disk (UHDs and included blu rays). As you enthusiasts can guess, while I *can* watch the film since I backed up the blu-ray version, it's frustrating to have HG 1, 2, and 4 at 4k quality and Mockingjay pt 1 (movie 3) at bluray quality. Has anyone else been encountering this with the 4k version of this title? If anyone has a solution or has been able to successfully back theirs up and might help share the file to me, feel free to PM me.

I'm actually in the middle of backing up this very collection as we speak. I'm on Catching Fire right now but I'll let you know when I get to Part 1 after that's done. I'm ripping them on my Pio so it's excruciatingly slow. But that's part of the charm of using a Pio....it may be slow but it's like a damn tank. It'll be a couple hours before I know how part 1 goes but I'll reply back.

No issues at all with that disc. And I made a protected ISO so it read every byte.

I'm working on this collection now and Catching Fire 4K didn't had 1 file error. Should I try to get Walmart to replace it? Obviously I'll finish the other two just to be sure before going that route.

I backed this 4k set up a few months ago without issue.
But I have ran into my fair share of bad discs. Some have the leeched out chemical from the bluray case, that can be cleaned off with a disc cleaning kit (spray, and a microfiber cloth). Others just plain do not work, even after cleaning.
I have had a few discs that looked fine, no visible leeched chemical on them, but wiping down worked. So always worth a try.
But these discs all have a shelf-life apparently.
I have had some that were still new/sealed, but old. Opened up and get errors that cleaning doesn't fix.
