Is it SVC NB12? If so, are you trying to flash BP60NB10 NB12 1.02-MK firmware?
Is the drive tray empty and closed?
Cheers :D

SVC code NB12

The Firmware name is: DE_LG_BP60NB10_1.00_MK_HBD.bin
Is this the wrong firmware?

Yes the drive is empty and closed.

Wrong firmware. You should flash DE_LG_BP60NB10-NB12_1.02-MK firmware. It is in my "All You Need Firmware Pack (MartyMcNuts)". The download link is in the first post of the SDFtool Flasher thread you linked to in your first post.
Cheers :D

Thank you MartyMcNuts

I was able to flash the drive now. But still can't copy my 4k movies?

Using direct disc access mode
Loaded content hash table, will verify integrity of M2TS files.
Saved AACS dump file as F:/MakeMKV/Data/MKB20_v61_Jurassic_World-_Fallen_Kingdom_AC51.tgz
The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted
Failed to open disc

Check that "allow internet access" is checked in preferences as MakeMKV needs to download the UHD hashed keys.

Thank you so much MartyMcNuts. :D :D :D if there was a tears of joy smiley face I would use those. I have been trying for weeks trying to get this to work.

It's copying now.

And again, thank you.
