Issues w/ expired trial key in Vortexbox

Hello,
Running a Vortexbox v1.9 (Laughlin) which has MakeMKV v1.6.8 installed using the Trial Key that's supposed to be good til June.
I've been going back and forth with a the resident expert on the Vortexbox forums and he finally suggested I ask here as we've exhausted his perceived options. Here's some screenshots to show what I've got going on.

Any ideas of what the issue is? I've tried removing and reinstalling makemkv-con at the suggestion of the Vortexbox forums, but with the same results.
I would buy the license, but haven't seen how MakeMKV does w/ my BR collection. If I'm satisfied I won't hesitate to purchase it.

The only explanation is a typo in a key, but key looks valid. Please try with 1.6.9 in a few days and see if the error persists.

i used 1.6.9 but still problem exist as it is.

Well, the current version is 1.6.13 and the current beta key is valid until September.
