You should be able to rip SCARLET STREET on 4K UHD Blu-ray. It was on the last titles I was able to rip. If the download fails I suggest you try using a VPN (preferably outside of the United States).

Just curious, here. Did you have to use a VPN? My theory is that ISPs in the United States (specifically) are blocking the connection.

I do not. And I cannot easily explain why my "key experience" seems to be kind of random either.
