Failed to open disk

Hi seeking to make an mkv I got this in the Debug log.

The DVD plays normally - any ideas?

MakeMKV has different opening modes for DVDs. Maybe one of them will work.

Thanks for coming back to me.

I have tried each opening in turn - the same result each time.
Other disks work fine. Not a big deal but would be interested to know what is going on.
