Problem w/theatrical cut for Lady Vengeance from Arrow Video's Vengeance Trilogy Blu-ray Set

Hi all, my issue is regarding the the Lady Vengeance Blu-ray disc from Arrow Video's Vengeance Trilogy set (region b).

MakeMKV displays two feature length options so I downloaded both. However, both are commentaries.

Does anyone know why this is? Am I doing something wrong? I wiped down the disc with a microfiber but no change.

^ Those suggest there should be DTS-HD Master Audio as well as 3 commentary tracks.

Can your playback setup play DTS audio?

Do you have a preferred language set in MakeMKV and perhaps it skipped the Korean language tracks?

The utility MediaInfo can show you a lot of details, including audio tracks, about .mkv files.

I encountered a similar issue with Amazing Spiderman 2. Using HandBrake the audio was commentary. Using dBpoweramp with the same MakeMKV file I got the correct audio track. I never figured out why but moved on because I got what I wanted using dBpoweramp.
