Factory Firmware Flasher for LG BP60NB10 SVC Code NB12?

I've been using a BP60NB10 with MakeMKV for a while, but it's started to fail (takes multiple tries to save certain tracks, refuses to save some tracks that my new drive will save, etc.).

I want to flash it back to stock and either RMA it or simply use it as a player, but I haven't been able to find the official LG flasher for SVC code NB12. Does anyone have this or know where I could find it?
