powered hub recommendations

Post by RobTi » Tue Jan 23, 2024 10:59 am

Hi i have a Verbatim 43888 and wondered if anyone could point me in the direction of a hub in the UK, i had a couple of rips with errors that i have been told might have been power related, so drive has been working fine for the last week or so but just to be safe asking here ?
Thanks

I've had good luck with Plugable USB hubs. https://plugable.com/products/usb3-hub7c

It is widely available in the USA but I have no idea if it is available in the UK.

You might want to have a look at this thread - power supply might not be the issue.

(I've been researching a new drive, and was leaning towards the 43888 until I saw that...)
