4k DISC NO LONGER WORKING

I wondering if someone can assist me. Last year all my 4k discs were ripping fine. I tried oppenheimer recently which would not work.
Ive since tried various other 4k discs and all are coming up with error message :
Error OS error - Access is denied' occurred while creating 'E://MKB20_V76_save.tgz'.
if anyone has any advice it would be appreciated.

the question is why cant makemkv access your E drive is it gone?

unfortunately im a bit pc illiterate. Im not actually sure which is drive E . Ive just tried a blu ray disc and they are no longer working also.

I am having the same issue. 4K stopped decrypting today, right after I upgraded to the new version.

This includes a disk a ripped yesterday.

I have been having similar issues for a few weeks. I tried an old disc that I actually was able to successfully rip in the past, and the same problem has occurred. I tried the instruction below, but still no dice. Anyone able to successfully get 4k UHD discs to work? And if so what mkv version are you on?

If your getting the same thing reset your makemkv data directory you changed it if its going to e
If you can't figure out how just reinstall
