Nice. Mine won't be here til Monday at the earliest.
Re: THE MANDALORIAN S1 D1
I'm not expecting mine till... Wednesday, I guess (just checked).
Re: THE MANDALORIAN S1 D1
I see keys for them already in the latest KEYDB revisions, so one way or another, it looks like I'll be able to back them up...

Re: THE MANDALORIAN S1 D1
I cannot rip either disc.
I just got a flashed Pioneer drive and have gotten it working properly (purchased from and flashed by William Carlson). I'm on a Mid-2015 MacBook Pro. I've been using MakeMKV successfully for many years, and am using the most recent update.
For Christmas, my wife got me Mandalorian Season One on UltraHD Bluray. So, I've spent weeks figuring out what I needed to do to rip them.
Even with my brand new flashed Pioneer drive which is supposedly able to read/rip I get failures and cannot proceed.
I've been reading the thread on Mandalorian issues, and it sounds like it's being fixed slowly, but apparently not all the various versions of the discs are yet in the database?
I've attached the error files that I get when I attempt either of the 2 discs to hopefully help resolve this.
Thanks for all you do.
Todd

I don't see any attachments on your post. Perhaps just copy & paste the MakeMKV log into a reply. If you're feeling fancy, wrap that log copy & paste with 'code' tags.
Re: THE MANDALORIAN S1 D1
OK.. trying again.
This is what the software says:
MakeMKV v1.17.6 darwin(x64-release) started
Optical drive "BD-RE HL-DT-ST BD-RE BU40N A101 KZ6H9J82553d" opened in OS access mode.
Optical drive "BD-RE PIONEER BD-RW BDR-212U 1.01 BCDL023871WLd" opened in OS access mode.
Optical drive "BD-ROM HP Virtual CD 4607 1028" opened in OS access mode.
It's highly recommended to install DASPI kernel extension to improve performance.
Using LibreDrive mode (v01.0 id=DFAA920B9011)
Using direct disc access mode
Loaded content hash table, will verify integrity of M2TS files.
Downloading latest HK to /Users/tfrazier/Library/MakeMKV ...
Automatic HK downloading is disabled or failed.
Saved AACS dump file as /Users/tfrazier/Library/MakeMKV/MKB20_v77_THE_MANDALORIAN_SEASON_1_DISC_1_4004.tgz
The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted
Failed to open disc
And I attached the .tgz file for disc one again. Not sure why it didn't arrive. Looks good on this end.
