Latest MakeMKV can't decrypt "DRACULAE1931_UPK1."

How do I submit a file? I mean how to I send it.

So, what is the norm when you submit a dump. Do you get a reply or keep trying the disc?

I usually only takes a couple of weeks. I'd submit your dump file again.

Are you getting any error messages in your log about downloading new hashed keys?
