HK downloading disabled or failed error

I've been getting the following error for some time now: Automatic HK downloading is disabled or failed.
I've checked the Preferences and internet access is allowed.
It hasn't been a problem up until when I tried to rip the new JFK 4K UHD disc.
Not sure if the two are related.

I'm currently running an iMac with Sonoma 14.2.1 on it.

Fixing Volume Key is Unknown

For what it's worth, I'm having the issue of not being able to open the disc ONLY on JFK 4K UHD.
All other UHD discs open fine.
